Billing, plans, and minutes

Open Billing to check the plan, usage, subscription status, and payment details for your account. The plan reference lists the launch catalog; checkout and invoices show your actual terms.

The launch trial includes 30 minutes for up to 14 days. It ends when either allowance runs out. Phone calls and browser test calls use minutes. Check the usage in Billing rather than estimating solely from the number of calls.

Paid plans include a monthly minute allowance. Additional usage is charged at the plan’s overage rate. Annual billing charges once a year at ten times the monthly price, two months free. It changes when you pay; minutes are still included each month and do not combine into one annual pool.

Choose monthly or annual with the Billing toggle on Plan or on the public pricing page; the choice carries through sign-up to checkout. The plan estimate compares your expected calls with a full-time receptionist’s base pay and lists its assumptions. Treat it as a planning aid, not a quote.

For a simple estimate, a Starter month with 200 billed minutes uses 150 included minutes plus 50 additional minutes at $0.40: $20 in usage overage, before applicable taxes or adjustments. Your invoice is the final record of charges.

Call length, simultaneous calls, and usage ceilings can limit service. Launch calls have a 20-minute maximum. A usage ceiling can stop new calls even when you expect to pay overage. Check the allowance and notices displayed for your account.

Set a verified fallback and know how to disable forwarding. Reaching a trial, usage, or payment limit can affect the phone route.

Use the controls in Billing and review the confirmation. Check effective dates and any displayed proration. Keep your billing email and payment method current to receive renewal or payment-failure notices.

Use the subscription management controls and retain the confirmation. Check the cancellation effective date. Disable carrier forwarding before relying on a number whose service is ending. Contact support if you cannot access the account or believe a charge is incorrect; include the invoice reference, never full card details.
