Contact support
When you are signed in, select Help in the top bar of the app. Describe the problem and select Send to support. You get a request reference on screen and by email, and a person replies to your email address within 24 hours. Your open and recent requests stay listed under Help.
Where the in-app assistant is available for your account, Help first offers it. It is off for accounts in HIPAA mode, so patient details you might type never reach it; those accounts get the support request form. It answers from this documentation and from your account’s setup status, cites the pages it used, and labels itself as an AI assistant. It can suggest a few fixes, such as retrying a failed notification or starting a forwarding check, but nothing runs until you confirm it. It cannot read call transcripts or recordings, change billing, or delete anything. If it cannot help, choose Contact support and the conversation is sent with your request.
If you cannot sign in, use the Xaller.ai contact page. For privacy requests, use the current Privacy Policy.
