Section titled “What it will do on calls”When a caller asks a question, your receptionist will:
- read selected business files
- track revisions and deletions
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- A read-only Dropbox app connection and approved TXT, PDF or DOCX files copied into its dedicated folder.
Once released, it will be included in every plan. Each connected integration counts toward your plan’s integration limit (Starter 3, Growth 10, Pro 50), together with SMS, Slack and webhook destinations; email notifications do not count. See plans.
Limits to know
Section titled “Limits to know”- Select individual documents and check access. Automatic synchronization and use in agent answers are not yet enabled. Shared links do not grant access.
Until it is available
Section titled “Until it is available”Keep receiving call summaries and prepare follow-up requests for your team in call notifications. You can also send call events to your own tools with a signed webhook and automation recipes.
