Add callers who need a callback to your HighLevel location, with a task for your team.
What it will do on calls
Section titled “What it will do on calls”When a caller needs follow-up, your receptionist will:
- match a location contact
- create an assigned callback task
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- A HighLevel location (sub-account) user who can install the Xaller.ai app.
Once released, it will be included in every plan. Each connected integration counts toward your plan’s integration limit (Starter 3, Growth 10, Pro 50), together with SMS, Slack and webhook destinations; email notifications do not count. See plans.
Limits to know
Section titled “Limits to know”- Existing workflows can send messages automatically; duplicate outreach must be prevented.
- Tasks go to one chosen team member; HighLevel has no contact owner field to route by.
Until it is available
Section titled “Until it is available”Keep receiving call summaries and prepare follow-up requests for your team in call notifications. You can also send call events to your own tools with a signed webhook and automation recipes.
