Connect your tools
Integrations let your receptionist act on calls in the tools you already use: book an appointment, create a callback task, open a ticket or answer from approved documents. Open Integrations in Xaller.ai to see what your account can connect. Availability depends on release status, account eligibility and plan.
The status on each page below is the integration’s current release status. Coming soon means it is built but not yet available to connect; it shows in the app without a connect button. Call notifications by email, SMS and Slack, and webhooks with automation recipes, work on their own.

Before connecting
Section titled “Before connecting”Decide what the connection should do: send a notification, make an approved booking, or read selected business information. Use an account you are authorized to connect and review the permission request. Avoid connecting an account containing unrelated personal information.
Test before you rely on it
Section titled “Test before you rely on it”Once an integration is available, choose the destination, calendar or content scope carefully, then use the test action and verify the result in the receiving service. For a call-triggered action, also make a controlled call and check the resulting record. An authorized connection can still need configuration or renewed permissions. If a test fails, check connection health and the destination before changing agent instructions.
Limited availability
Section titled “Limited availability”Some connections are offered only to eligible pilot accounts. Contact support if you need a service that is not visible. Keep your current process in place until the connection is available and a complete test succeeds.
Disconnect safely
Section titled “Disconnect safely”Stop workflows that depend on the connection, then disconnect it in the app. Review access in the provider’s own settings as well. Data already delivered to another service is managed there; disconnecting does not erase previous records.
