What it will do on calls
Section titled “What it will do on calls”When a caller wants an appointment, your receptionist will:
- read services and staff availability
- create and verify a business appointment
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- An eligible Microsoft 365 Bookings business and administrator-approved permissions.
Once released, it will be included in every plan. Each connected integration counts toward your plan’s integration limit (Starter 3, Growth 10, Pro 50), together with SMS, Slack and webhook destinations; email notifications do not count. See plans.
Limits to know
Section titled “Limits to know”- This is separate from Outlook calendars and needs its own service and staff verification.
Until it is available
Section titled “Until it is available”Keep receiving call summaries and prepare follow-up requests for your team in call notifications. You can also send call events to your own tools with a signed webhook and automation recipes.
