What it will do on calls
Section titled “What it will do on calls”When a caller asks a question, your receptionist will:
- read selected documents
- refresh and remove changed sources
What you need
Section titled “What you need”- Permission to select the intended files and a review of what callers may hear.
Once released, it will be included in every plan. Each connected integration counts toward your plan’s integration limit (Starter 3, Growth 10, Pro 50), together with SMS, Slack and webhook destinations; email notifications do not count. See plans.
Limits to know
Section titled “Limits to know”- Private or revoked files must stop being used; selected-file access differs from whole-folder access.
Until it is available
Section titled “Until it is available”Keep receiving call summaries and prepare follow-up requests for your team in call notifications. You can also send call events to your own tools with a signed webhook and automation recipes.
